All orders are subject to a processing period of 1-3 business days after payment is received. You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has officially shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• United States, UK, and Europe: 7-12 business days.

• Rest of the World: 10-20 business days.

DecoZen is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, and other applicable fees).

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
